The Power of ‘Tips & Tricks’

In my Pilates career I can safely say that every body is unique.

As a teacher, I've encountered a myriad of individual needs and considerations from "I can't kneel" to "I'm not allowed to crunch" or "my wrists are hurting," during sessions.

I never see these as roadblocks but rather opportunities for modifications and solutions.

In my in-person sessions, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of providing clients with modifications that allow them to activate the same muscles in a safe way.

Recognizing the need to extend this support beyond the studio, the virtual library was born – and it is full of valuable content, with a spotlight on the often underestimated "Tips and Tricks" section.

This unassuming corner of the virtual studio is continually growing based on client experiences and valuable feedback from my online members.

It's a space where common modifications, born out of real-life scenarios, are at the heart. Whether it's accommodating restrictions or responding to specific requests, this section is a testament to the adaptability and inclusivity that defines our Pilates community.

I really enjoy the feedback from members as often when one person finds something tricky, someone else will be feeling the same!

So, why is this section a game-changer?

It's a living, breathing resource designed to enhance your Pilates journey.

As we enjoy the ongoing growth of this valuable section, I invite you to explore, discover, and empower yourself with the tools that will elevate your Pilates experience.
