  • Get an initial 60 minute 1-1 consultation to discuss your health forms, carry out a simple movement assessment, and receive your Get Active Plan.

  • Once your first week is complete, you’ll receive 1:1 graded exposure lessons, technique and form checking plus goal reviews weekly.

  • Bespoke recorded homework videos in the form of my signature microdosing method.

I'm a certified Body Control Pilates teacher, and I've also undergone additional training and assessments, focusing specifically on low back pain. This means I'm uniquely qualified to help you find the relief you're seeking.
